The RomantiX were booked to play at The Vineyard in Lamberhurst
Our slot was 3-5pm and we lined up with Neil on vocals/guitar, Dave Friend on lead guitar, Van Greg on synthesiser, Geoff Trickey on bass and Ivor Sewsanker on drums.
The Vineyard is a cosy country pub, nestled in the Kent countryside close to the vineyards of Lamberhurst. The Vineyard has a restaurant and bar with a spacious garden and accommodation. So, you can eat, drink and sleep there!
Outside, our glorious garden is the picture-perfect spot from which to enjoy al fresco drinking and dining and soak in the glorious views. There is also a play area for guests visiting with children and dogs.
We had a lovely place to play under the eucalyptus tree, with a gentle breeze blowing the leaves to make the video more interesting!
We had a couple of people in the audience with birthdays, so we got the Happy Birthdays sung.
Neil was playing at The Wadhurst Blues Club in the evening in support of Jack-Austin Despy – a young rising teenage star in the UK blues music scene.
